Home Safe Home

Home Safe Home is a program that is brought to Livingston County Residents through a partnership with UR Medicine | Noyes Health and Lifespan of Greater Rochester, Inc.  Home Safe Home provides an over the phone fall risk assessment and light in-home modifications for those who meet the requirements.   Home Safe Home is funded by the Livingston County Office for the Aging, United Way of Livingston and Wyoming County, Rochester Area Community Foundation and other Community Organizations.  Livingston County Residents can call (585) 335-4359 or email


EARS Lifeline Program

The E.A.R.S. Lifeline Program is your Local Medical Alert Provider at UR Medicine | Noyes Health.  This program has been keeping individuals safe in their home since 1982!  E.A.R.S. Lifeline can be used for any emergency, whether it be a fall, mobility concern, feeling ill or even safety or security!  Many service options are available to fit your needs for in the home or on the go.  For more information, please call (585) 335-4359 or email
